We very much hope that you love all of the things that you order. If, however, you need to return anything it will need to be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us and we will issue you with all the relevant information needed to make your return.
Personalised items are exempt from being returned.
Furniture items purchased in-store are available for exchange or credit note only and this is subject to inspection that they are being returned in the same condition as when purchased. Furniture must be returned within seven days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. A credit note will instead be issued.
Postage costs for items that are returned to us are non-refundable.
We would strongly suggest that all returned items are sent by recorded mail - Maggie & Belle will only be able to issue a refund or exchange for items that are safely returned in their original condition - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are damaged in the post.
You have 14 days (from delivery) to return your item.
You may purchase items from this website by using any one of the payment options listed . Maggie & Belle reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Every order that leaves Maggie & Belle HQ is packed up snugly so that it has a safe journey to its new home. However, if anything is damaged on arrival, we would ask that you contact us straight away, supplying details of the damage and photos to show us exactly what the damage is. We will need all of this information in order to discuss with the courier firm.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Market Square, Petworth, West Sussex, GU28 0AH.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
