Shipping policy

Delivery: The weight of your package is calculated as you add items to your shopping cart.

Packages that are small and light will be sent by Royal Mail and will cost £3.95.

Packages that weigh under 5kg will be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on size and will be charged at £5.95

Packages that weigh over 5kg will be sent via a courier or Royal Mail (depending on size) and will be charged at £8.95

Any orders over the value of £50 will qualify for free shipping.

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days.  If for any reason your item has become out of stock or there are any other issues, we will be in contact within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If for any reason you have any problem with your package please contact us straight away. You have 30 days after posting date to get in touch.  After this time we are unable to look into it any further.

All Furniture Items are collection in store only and are not available for shipping or free shipping. If you would like to arrange for a courier to collect then please contact the shop to discuss before making your purchase. 

Collect Instore: If you would like to place an order to collect from our Petworth shop please select 'PICK UP' as delivery method.  We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect. All Furniture items are collect inshore only.
